any items that you wish to buy, this puts them into your shopping
cart. When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and
you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy
the order. You will then be forwarded to our payment provider WorldPay
who will then take your payment on their secure server.
If you are outside the UK your payment will be taken in British
pounds and then converted to your local currency at the current
exchange rate by our credit card company. If you would like an

Shipping And Handling We offer free delivery on all web orders
to anywhere in the world. UK orders are shipped by first class
mail and international orders by airmail.
We will normally send your order to you in 7 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You
will always be emailed after 30 days with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT is included in the prices. However, books are currently
zero-rated.
Credit Card Security All credit card details are taken by our payment
service provider WorldPay It offers complete security for your
credit card details.

If you find any defects or decide you don't like something you
have ordered, any time within 8 days of receiving the goods you
can return them to us for a full refund, provided that goods are
returned in their original packaging, complete and have not been
tampered with, worn, torn or subject to any improper application.
Postage for the return of faulty goods will be refunded to the
customer by us.

Returns Policy If on receipt of the books you do not wish to keep
them you must inform us within 8 working days and return them within
21 days at your own expense. You must also ensure that they are
properly insured as you are responsible for them while in transit.
On returning the books you will be refunded the full amount of
your order and if they were faulty when delivered to you, we will
be happy to refund the postage of returning them to us. If you
decide you do not want the books you must not use them and you
must keep them in their original packaging until you return them.
When you place the order we will do our best to deliver the goods
to you within 30 days but if the goods are out of stock and we
do not complete your order within 30 days we will contact you to
give you the opportunity to cancel the outstanding goods and be
reimbursed for them. If any of the goods delivered are not what
you ordered you must notify us by letter fax or email within 48
hours of delivery and we will then correct the mistake and refund
any postage cost incurred by you returning the incorrect items.
