Shipping And Handling We offer free delivery on all web orders to anywhere in the world. UK orders are shipped by first class mail and international orders by airmail.
We will normally send your order to you in 7 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed after 30 days with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Postage for the return of faulty goods will be refunded to the customer by us.

Returns Policy If on receipt of the books you do not wish to keep them you must inform us within 8 working days and return them within 21 days at your own expense. You must also ensure that they are properly insured as you are responsible for them while in transit. On returning the books you will be refunded the full amount of your order and if they were faulty when delivered to you, we will be happy to refund the postage of returning them to us. If you decide you do not want the books you must not use them and you must keep them in their original packaging until you return them. When you place the order we will do our best to deliver the goods to you within 30 days but if the goods are out of stock and we do not complete your order within 30 days we will contact you to give you the opportunity to cancel the outstanding goods and be reimbursed for them. If any of the goods delivered are not what you ordered you must notify us by letter fax or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will then correct the mistake and refund any postage cost incurred by you returning the incorrect items.
